I think a big part of being an artist is being inspired....that being said, I am grateful to my parents, step-parents, husband and family for all of their reassurance and support...my grandmother who is also an artis( CLAIRE S. BRAUN )and has always encouraged me to keep at it with my own work...and my aunt ( CARON TOTH OF ASHLEY ROSE STUDIO) who is always teaching me new photography tricks, framing ideas and printing ideas. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO SHARE A FEW OF MY FAVORITE, CURRENT, WORKING ARTISTS ON THIS PAGE.
Claire S. BraunThis Pen & Ink by my Grandmother, Claire S. Braun is of the historic Tempe Wick House in Morristown, NJ. She is no longer creating new works but I will continue to share and show her work with mine.
Laura WilderNew oil painting from Laura Wilder "Stone Wall". I started following Laura after seeing her artwork in American Bungalow Magazine. I used her as a reference in some of my painting lessons in my classroom and had the opportunity to meet her last fall. She is everything I hoped her to be and more. She gave me great advice and even took the time to look at my work and give me some pointers. She continues to WOW me with her new works!
